Sandra Hernandez
PRESIDENT
Sandra Hernandez is a third-generation Seventh-day Adventist with a deep passion for sharing Jesus and the plan of salvation. In 2005, she and her husband, Cristobal, followed God’s call and founded Saeta de Salvación Publications while living in the mountains of Colombia with their two daughters.
Now based in New Bern, North Carolina, Sandra continues to serve the ministry with humility and purpose, drawing inspiration from the legacy of her grandfather—a writer of gospel-centered articles—and her grandmother, a devoted woman of prayer who deeply shaped her spiritual life.
As President of Saeta de Salvación and its English-language branch Arrow of Salvation, Sandra has witnessed God open doors to share the Advent message across borders, including at international conventions in the United States and South America. Her leadership simply reflects a desire to glorify God and help prepare hearts for Christ’s soon return.

Cristobal Hernandez
VICE PRESIDENT
Cristobal Hernandez has been a pillar of strength and dedication since the founding of Saeta de Salvación in 2005. With a diverse background as a missionary, construction worker, industrial factory supervisor, and nonprofit leader, Cristobal brings a wealth of experience, strong leadership, and exceptional organizational skills to the ministry. His ability to oversee budgets, coordinate logistics, and support marketing and operations has been instrumental in advancing the mission both locally and internationally.
Beyond his professional contributions, Cristobal is known for his unwavering faith, humility, and hard work. He is a devoted husband, an outstanding father, and a faithful servant of the Lord—consistently modeling the values he believes in. His quiet strength, steady support, and heartfelt service have deeply shaped the ministry’s growth and spirit. Cristobal continues to serve actively in his local church and remains committed to living a life fully devoted to God and the calling to prepare others for Christ’s soon return.

Nathalie Alvarado
SECRETARY
Nathalie Alvarado currently resides in Corpus Christi, Texas. She is joyfully married to her beloved husband, Johnny, and is a devoted mother to a precious baby girl. Growing up in an Adventist home, Nathalie was blessed from an early age with a strong spiritual foundation rooted in faith, prayer, and service. She strives to serve God wholeheartedly and to follow His divine guidance in every aspect of her life.
Nathalie serves as the Secretary of Arrow of Salvation—a role she embraces with gratitude, commitment. Her dedication to the ministry stems from a sincere desire to help spread the pure Adventist message to the world and to faithfully follow God’s plan for her life. With a heart full of hope, she eagerly looks forward to the glorious day when our King will return for us in the clouds.

Maria Isabel Ruiz
TREASURER
Maria Isabel Ruiz is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration at Appalachian State University. Born and raised in the Seventh-day Adventist Church, she is deeply committed to its mission of proclaiming the everlasting gospel through the Three Angels' Messages. She is happily married to a devoted Christian man and recently moved to a beautiful countryside area near Asheville, North Carolina, where deer, bears, and other wildlife can often be seen from her cabin window—reminding her of God’s handiwork in nature.
Maria’s passion for serving others, especially those in need, is fueled by a heartfelt desire to follow God’s will and support the ministry of Arrow of Salvation in proclaiming the pure Adventist message to the world.

Pastor Daniel Miranda
CHAPLAIN
Pastor Daniel Miranda serves as the pastor of the Orosi and Sanger Bilingual Seventh-day Adventist Churches in California. He is an international speaker, writer, theologian, and pastoral evangelist with a deep passion for proclaiming the everlasting gospel through both public and personal ministry.
Pastor Miranda and his wife live in the peaceful countryside of Fresno, California, where they are joyfully raising their beautiful baby. He regularly contributes to SumTV, where his clear, Bible-based presentations continue to bless audiences around the world.
As a trusted friend and advisor, Pastor Miranda brings a spiritually solid foundation to the Arrow of Salvation ministry. His insight and counsel are deeply valued, as he helps guide the work with clarity, conviction, and a Christ-centered focus.

Leonardo Garcés
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Leonardo Garcés lives in Colombia. His commitment to Christian principles and his expertise in financial management have been instrumental in strengthening the organization and supporting the advancement of its evangelistic mission.
In addition to his work with Arrow of Salvation, Leonardo leads an educational project in Colombia called CEFHES (Training Center for Evangelism and the Healthy Home School). This initiative is dedicated to the integral development of young people and families through Bible-based principles, practical education, and healthy living.
Leonardo is known for his integrity, responsibility, and collaborative spirit. His leadership in financial matters has been a blessing to the team, and his dedication to serving God is reflected in every aspect of his work.

Isaias Jose Rojas
ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR
Isaías José Rojas lives in Peru and serves as the Administrative Director of Arrow of Salvation. His commitment to the mission and spirit of service have been essential in strengthening the organizational structure of the ministry and supporting the advancement of its evangelistic efforts.
In addition to his administrative role, Isaías is a preacher and a devoted student of the Word of God. He lives in a countryside setting where, together with his family, he welcomes young people who are eager to be trained as missionaries—offering them spiritual and practical preparation in a Christ-centered environment.
Isaías has been invited to speak in seminars broadcast by SumTV, where he shares Bible-based messages with clarity and depth. He also faithfully supports his local church, actively participating in its ministries and helping nurture the spiritual life of his community.
Known for his humility, doctrinal soundness, and dedication to God's work, Isaías is a blessing to the Arrow of Salvation team and to all who serve alongside him in the Lord’s vineyard.

Norbert Restrepo
COUNSELOR
Norbert Restrepo grew up working side by side with his parents in mission work, completing his high school education at home. His parents were the primary leadership and educational influence in his life. Through their dedication to medical, pastoral, evangelistic and educational work in both denominational and self-supporting lines of work they modeled an authentic and servant leadership style consistent with their espoused values of unselfish service, high moral principles, and strong work ethic.
Norbert Restrepo has served as president of Hartland College from 2011-2025. His passion is to provide young people with enhanced educational opportunities based on a solid Biblical worldview and to equip them to serve as missionaries who can effectively share the good news of the everlasting gospel in practical ways in a modern world. Previously he served as founding president of Las Delicias Institute providing leadership and supervision of the educational, health, agriculture, media, food services, and outreach programs from 1996 to 2011. He also taught Bible, Christian history, music, health, and science classes, and served as lay pastor of the campus church for 15 years.
Norbert Restrepo studied music and piano performance at the Conservatory Vicente Emilio Sojo in Barquisimeto from 1987-1992. He completed studies in Bible Instruction and Religion in 2002 and in Health Science Education in 2006. He graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Leadership/Higher Education Administration at Andrews University in 2019. Currently he is a PhD candidate in Leadership with emphasis in Higher Education administration from Andrews University. The focus of his dissertation is on developing the leadership competency of critical thinking in Christian college students.
Norbert also serves as chair of the board of directors of Outpost Centers International. He serves as head elder of the Living Hope Seventh-day Adventist Church in Haymarket, Virginia and is a member of the executive committee of the General Conference. Norbert is married to Ivonne and they have two daughters, Alejandra and Nelsy, and one grandson, Emmanuel. Norbert Restrepo supports Arrow of Salvation ministry providing advice and insights to this publishing ministry.

Clarens Peña
Clarens Peña es un misionero adventista comprometido con la proclamación del mensaje de los tres ángeles. Actualmente reside en Chile junto a su esposa e hijos, desde donde dirige el ministerio Publicaciones Misioneras El Piamonte y el Centro Vida Sana “Génesis”, impulsando la creación de materiales evangelísticos y promoviendo un estilo de vida saludable conforme a los principios bíblicos.
En el equipo de Arrow of Salvation, Clarens sirve con alegría como director del ministerio de oración, animando a los colaboradores y amigos del ministerio a mantener una conexión constante con Dios. Su vida de oración, fe práctica y espíritu evangelizador han sido de gran bendición para el crecimiento espiritual del equipo.
Clarens continúa desarrollando recursos, organizando proyectos misioneros y participando activamente en eventos que fortalecen el llamado a vivir y compartir el evangelio eterno con fidelidad y poder.
