Through Tell It to the World, Arrow of Salvation is developing ArrowScribe—an AI-assisted, human-governed translation and editorial system. It is designed to help prepare faithful Christian literature for publication across languages, beginning with English-to-Spanish translation.

Faithful Truth Should Not Stop at a Language Barrier

TELL IT TO THE WORLD

$20,000 Campaign Goal • 10-Week Development Plan • 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Ministry

A Language Barrier Can Become a Truth Barrier

WHY THIS MATTERS

Many valuable Christ-centered books remain unavailable in Spanish—not because the message lacks value, but because faithful translation requires much more than replacing English words with Spanish words.

Doctrinal literature must preserve biblical meaning, theological terminology, historical context, Scripture quotations, Ellen G. White references, and the author’s original reasoning.

Without sufficient translation and editorial capacity, worthy books may remain inaccessible for years—or be prepared without the careful verification they require.

Greater capacity.

Same standards.

The need is not merely for faster translation.

It is for greater capacity without lower standards.

Tell It to the World is Arrow of Salvation’s Faithful Translation Initiative. Through it, the ministry is developing ArrowScribe—an AI-assisted, human-governed translation and editorial system designed to increase capacity while preserving doctrinal fidelity, source verification, and final human editorial authority.

Building Capacity Without Surrendering Control

OUR RESPONSE

Independent Audit and Verification

Separate review stages will examine fidelity, terminology, Scripture quotations, Ellen G. White references, and editorial consistency. Citations will be checked against authorized Bible texts and official source materials.

AI-Assisted Translation

Specialized tools will help produce an initial English-to-Spanish translation while following Arrow of Salvation’s approved glossary, editorial standards, and defined document scope.

Human Editorial Authority

Editors will control the scope, review every consequential proposed change, and give final editorial acceptance. Nothing will be applied or published automatically.

AI-assisted. Human-governed. Faithful by design.

The campaign is not funding a vague concept. Arrow of Salvation has already mapped the system architecture, documented its editorial standards, defined its human-governance model, and prepared real material for validation. A formal development proposal now translates that preparation into a ten-week implementation plan with defined milestones and deliverables.

ArrowScribe Has Moved Beyond the Idea Stage

FOUNDATION ALREADY IN PLACE

System Architecture Mapped

The complete workflow has been organized from document intake and structural analysis through translation, independent verification, human review, layout reconstruction, and final export.

Human Governance Defined

Three mandatory human checkpoints control document scope, proposed editorial changes, and final acceptance. The system cannot advance when the required human approval is absent.

Editorial Standards Prepared

Translation rules, approved terminology, source-verification requirements, error classifications, and editorial controls have already been documented for the system.

Pilot Materials Ready

A real doctrinal chapter and a complete approximately 200-page book have been identified for testing the workflow, measuring quality, and validating the final production process.

The Mission Is Already in Motion

Arrow of Salvation already translates, publishes, and places bilingual Christian literature into people’s hands. ArrowScribe is being developed to strengthen this real ministry work—not to create an isolated technology project.

Your partnership will not fund the invention of an idea. It will help turn a carefully designed and documented system into a working, tested tool.

TELL IT TO THE WORLD — FIRST DEVELOPMENT PHASE

What Your Partnership Will Help Build

Arrow of Salvation has received a fixed-price proposal of $20,000 to develop and validate the first production-ready phase of ArrowScribe. The proposed ten-week plan includes the core translation and verification pipeline, three mandatory human approval checkpoints, chapter and full-book pilots, technical documentation, team training, and transfer of the completed project repository.

$20,000 to Build and Validate ArrowScribe

• 10-Week Development Plan • Chapter and Full-Book Pilots

01 — Build the technical foundation

Configure secure document intake, structural analysis, project controls, glossary resources, privacy safeguards, and the system infrastructure.

02 — Develop translation and independent verification

Build the English-to-Spanish translation workflow, doctrinal and editorial audit stages, and verification of Scripture and Ellen G. White citations against authorized sources.

03 — Establish human editorial control

Create three mandatory human checkpoints for defining scope, reviewing proposed changes, and granting final editorial acceptance.

04 — Reconstruct and export publication files

Preserve document structure and layout, verify that content has not been lost, and produce editable .docx and final .pdf files.

05 — Validate with chapter and full-book pilots

Complete a pilot chapter and a full-book pilot, document the results, train the editorial team, and transfer the completed repository to Arrow of Salvation.

The $20,000 campaign goal is based on a current fixed-price development proposal for this first phase. Implementation will begin after the final agreement, technical dependencies, licensing requirements, and milestone acceptance criteria are confirmed. Future expansion and ongoing maintenance are not included in this campaign goal.
